Last year I shared with you my top posts for 2014 and I thought I'd do it again this year! This year by far has been my biggest year blogging with over 1 Million visitors. So many of you have to do with that. Sharing my posts, commenting and being a part of my life on my website. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My Top Recipes and Posts from 2015
#1 was a landslide! There is one recipe that has had nearly 80,000 hits. Wow.
Loaded Spaghetti Squash Casserole#2- Budget Friendly THM Recipes
I'm working on a fresh new list of budget friendly recipes for you that will come out in January.
#3- Loaded Cauliflower Casserole- This was a recipe I came out with in 2014, but it was hidden in another post. I figured it needed it's own spotlight in 2015 and I guess I was right! You all enjoyed it!
#4- Oat Flour Cake for One
So many of you ask for regular ingredients that you can find at any store. This muffin is one of my all time favorites and I think it will be a staple on my site from here on out.
#5- Tea Cookies
These were one of my first experiments with THM Baking Blend after it came out. Best low carb, gluten free mix on the market! These were dairy, gluten and sugar free, which left many of you pretty happy.
#6- Paprika Chicken
I have my friend Sarrah to thank for this recipe. She's not a THM, but made this awesome recipe and brought it to church a lot. I always loved it and made it THM friendly with a few tweaks. I hope you'll try it!
#7- Basic Mega Muffin
This basic MEGA muffin has been a favorite of mine. It's super versatile since you can make it an S, E or FP on the THM plan. TRY IT!
#8- Berry Cobbler
This was another dairy and gluten free recipe using the THM Baking Blend that was a nice treat!
#9- Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
This has been a favorite of mine since I started THM. This year I re-did the post and had new pictures taken. I'm glad you all are trying this dish!
#10- Pumpkin Spice Shake
This shake is a delight and favorite for me in the Fall, but I like pumpkin anytime! For a newer recipe, I am so glad you enjoyed it!
#10- Cranberry-Orange Cookies
This was just out in November, so I was pleasantly surprised when it made the top 10! Dairy and gluten free seem to be a big deal and what many of you are hunting for. Cranberry-orange is such a great flavor combo!
Honorable Mention:
These recipes were so close to making the list. Some where just a few clicks away from making the cut.
Thank you so much for being apart of my life in 2015. It was not an easy year for my family, but God still amazed us with His faithfulness and the blessings He gave.

Jennifer, Thank you for posting these yummy recipes!
I am a 65 yr old THM Mama. My favorite THM recipe from the new cookbook is the Chocolate Banana Muffins made with oats ground up. I love them. They take me longer to prepare, so I make a huge batch of dry ingredients and make up a double batch of wet ingredients to bake up and freeze muffins for a week or two.
I pray you have a prosperous and joy -filled year! Blessings, Linda
