Thanks–those ideas are helpful. Where do you find coconut oil cooking spray? I looked at my local green market, and online at vitacost, netrition and swanson, to no avail. I tried to make my own, but of course coconut oil does not stay liquid in cool weather.
I got mine at Meijer’s! 🙂 I saw some today at my local health food store as well. Hope you find some!
Trader Joes has the Coconut oil spray.
I’ve seen it at Wal-Mart and Publix. 🙂
Publix has it.
I have see it in most of the grocery stores that I go to. The most common brand is “Pam”. I hope that helps you find it.
Thank you, Jennifer. Your posts help me keep on plan when I am wanting something “new” to add to my
THM arsenal of “go to” snacks. They look absolutely YUMMY!!!!
You’re welcome, Patty!
Yum!! Thanks for these ideas! I am new to THM and always looking for easy ideas (I’ve been doing the oatmeal and the berry whip, but so nice to hear of these other suggestions) 🙂

Welcome to THM, Kelly!! You are very welcome!
Quick question: refrigerator oatmeal…. Oats are an e. So is this an fp because of the small quantity of oats?
Yes! 🙂 1/4 cup or less fits for a FP.
Ah! So yummy!! Time for pinterest!
Do you cook the oats for the refrigerated oatmeal? (Hope this is not a stupid question).
No, I do not! 🙂 It’s like a magical thing that happens overnight! They are not tough at all and soften up. It’s also yummy with a tbs of cocoa powder added and some raspberries! 🙂
Hi Jennifer! Thanks for these! Making the Lavish Delight as I type this. Thinking I might need two. Will that take me out of FP? Thanks!
You can keep it in the FP range with a whole lavish piece of bread but, you wouldn’t be able too with two laughing cow cheeses. 🙁 Not sure you can make it stretch that far with one! 🙂
What kind of laughing cow cheese do you use? I just made it with white cheddar and it wasn’t what I expected.
I use the original Light Swiss.
Do you think it would work with fat free cream cheese instead?
You could try it. I like 1/3 less fat cream cheese or full day but I’ve not used fat free. you could try it for a FP and see.
Recipe says cheese inside with Truvia and cinnamon but the pic looks like there is cinnamon on the outside so I’m confused.
I put it in both spots.
