- Take before measurements of your waist (belt area), chest, neck, belly (the largest part). I know men may not like this step, but it really shows you how much are losing even when the scale doesn't move! This is for your personal benefit, not for us. We'd love to count up how many inches our Men all lost at the end of the 31 days.

Hi! Is my husband eligible if he started THM on May 1? He has not been THM 100% yet, but has lost 18 pounds so far.

My man is not ready for the challenge – I need to stick with it and show results first. But I sure did order some of those sauces! Those are a huge deal to me. I am just not going to successfully make my own every single time. I am excited to try these. Thanks for sharing!
