This looks yummy! I have the master mix in my fridge. I think I found my
I don’t know where the rest of my comment went! I think I found my snack for tomorrow morning!
I understood deep s to not allow coconut or flax seed. Recipe sounds delicious though.
i just pulled this out of the fridge after chilling for 2 1/2 hours. it is very, very soupy. i know the chia pudding in the thm book (original) calls for gluccie. does this not need something to help thicken it?
thanks!
Nope, no gluccie. Mine is thick as can be…not sure what to tell you. Maybe leave it overnight and see in the a.m. Mine is thick if I let it sit for 10 minutes though and do it warm….
it was definitely thicker this morning, but not as thick as yours appear in your pictures! i love the flavor and will definitely make it again. maybe i’ll try it warm today. thanks!
When you say unsweetened coconut, do you mean flour or flakes or shredded coconut?
I’ve used either that are unsweetened.
I have the master mix, and I’m super excited to try this! My question, would I be okay to make up a couple of servings of this to eat throughout the week?
Sure! It should keep well for many days!
Love the pudding! Is the a deep S or just S?
It’s not a Deep S. :). Just an S. It’s thankfully not very heavy though.
