You may have read that title and thought...well, that's not me but, I'll read it. You may have thought...I'm a great cook so, I'd better check it out! I will be the first to admit one thing...I don't cook well. I try...I put my whole heart into it and still something goes wrong. Here is where I need your help. We are trying very, very hard NOT to eat our during the week. I need some help from my girlfriends here!! I need your easy, yummy, cheap to make recipes. I'm stuck. I can't go another week on tacos, spaghetti, chili or the same crock pot chicken in italian dressing. I'm tired of Hamburger Helper...Rice-a-roni. Sigh.
I'm hoping you all can give a girl a helping hand. Pull me out of the rut and give me a new recipe box full of meals that I can actually make without fancy kitchen gadgets or expertise! I know almost everyone(but me) has some recipes that they are great at...so let me have it!
(FYI- I bake much better than I cook!)
Thanks friends!
Jen

my fav… Stromboli’s (SUPER EASY):
need:
frozen bread (like in the frozen section… the bread that rises). sit the bread out for 5-6 hr.
roll is out (with a roller:) )
i put peperoni, provolone cheese, cheddar cheese, moz. cheese.. but you can put whatever in it (for ex. mushrooms, green peppers, onions, etc)
then close the bread back up (so it kinda looks like a loaf again)
oven: 350 for about 20-25 mins.
oh and so the bread browns right you can put a lil egg white on top.
or so says a magnet my husband bought me and stuck on our fridge!
