- 3 cups of Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (you could another Fuel Pull on plan milk)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp of cinnamon (I like a lot)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 TBS of chia seeds (optional, but I add it for good fat)
- 1 TBS of THM Sweet Blend
- 3/4 to 1 cup of blueberries, apples, peaches, berries of your choice (I left them out this time)
- 1 scoop of Custom Collagen (optional, added protein)

Allergen friendly Baked Oatmeal recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp of vanilla

- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 1 tsp of baking powder

- 1 TBS of THM Sweet Blend
- 3/4 to 1 cup of blueberries, apples, peaches, berries of your choice (I left them out this time)

Instructions
- I simply put this all a large bowl and mix it together with a spoon.
- I add berries or fruit last on the final stir so I don't mash them.
- I pour it into a glass pie plate or a 9 by 9 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. (Oven times of course may vary.)
- This serves six servings.

This is my absolute favorite baked oatmeal recipe!!!! My family loves it and asks for it weekly!!!!

Is Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher Gelatin the same as Custom Collagen’s Hydrolyzed Gelatin | Collagen Peptides?
