Hey gals! I started a new Facebook Group for those of you who follow my blog. This will allow for more interaction with you all. The group is not just about Trim Healthy Mama, but of COURSE that is apart of it. Ya'll know how passionate I am about THM. This is a page for ladies only where we can encourage, support and love each other.
Topics:
- God
- Family
- THM
- Motherhood
- Homeschooling
- Encouragement
- Being a wife
- Money Saving
I just want this to be a safe spot to share with each other. I don't know one mama that couldn't use some encouragement. I listed a few simple guidelines on that page in the About section, so make sure you take a peek!
So, if you know a mama who could use encouragement...send her over. 🙂 If it's YOU...Great!!
Here it is! Just ask to join and I'll add you as I have time throughout the day.

Please add me Jen!!
I see your posts on FB and always like what you have to say and the way you say it. I saw a pic of you today with your son wearing a Razorback ball cap. I decided we have wayyyyyyy too much in common for me not to learn more about you and to be ‘friends’ (in spite of a huge age difference, lol). Keep up the great work. I’ve been following THM since Sept 2013. I had lost about 70lbs but have regained 20. Even sadder is that I still need to lose 200lbs. I am really struggling with making a true recommittment to staying on plan. I’m 61 and feel like I’ll never make it to a place where I don’t hurt and where I am NOT the biggest person anywhere I ever go. I want to be a normal 60 something year old woman! (Well, at least LOOK normal.) I want to have fun with my family instead of sitting on the sidelines. Ok, that’s enough of my whining. Keep inspiring me and if you think of it, pray for me. You are going on my prayer list today.
Thanks for sharing with me! 🙂 You can do it. I do know how you feel. “Do the next right thing.” E. Elliot.
