- Dinner: Grilled chicken tenders with cheese and bacon on top, turnip greens, cottage cheese and a side salad. (Cracker Barrel) (S)

- Lunch: cottage cheese and cashews (late breakfast so this is a snack/lunch) (S)

- Breakfast: 1&1/4 cups of oatmeal with 1 tsp of coconut oil added, cinnamon and sweetener. I stir in some egg whites at the end to add protein. You can't tell they are in there! (E)
- Lunch: 6 inch wheat subway sandwich, double turkey, lots of veggies and mustard (E) (a great Drive Thru Sue or..a Stu option.)
- Dinner: 8 oz sirloin steak, cauliflower/veggie salad. (S)

Just curious what ya’ll drink? Do you do any of the GGMS or Sippers? I don’t like any of them. so I just drink water or tea with Stevia most of the time. I’m wondering if it is slowing me down.
We really don’t drink sippers. Shan likes Bai5 Bubbles in Cherry if he really needs to drink some pop. It’s pricy though. If I add anything to my water it’s some True Lemon. We mainly drink water.
You got Shan to eat quinoa???? I’m impressed and disgusted all at the same time! 😛
