Today is my TWO year Trim-a-versary on Trim Healthy Mama!! It has been a fun ride and truly has gone by quickly.
So, let me talk a few seconds about what Trim Healthy Mama means to me after two years.
Food freedom
No counting calories or points!
No more high blood pressure
No more swollen hands and feet
I can keep up with my family.
From a size 24/26 to a size 18
Many many inches
My wedding dress fits and I can take my ring on and off.

I got the book in March 2014 then found out I was prego with #3 in April 2014 & loosely followed the principles when I could stomach it (my body/baby craved a lot of fruit and junk lol) until my little boy was born almost a month ago! And since we’ve been getting dinners provided every other day I try my best to stick with THM meals for every other meal, though it doesn’t always work out I do feel much better when I stick to the plan! Congratulations on your 2 year Trim-a-versary. I started THM in Sept 2014 but I went off the plan when I started Chemo for a blood disease. Just too tired and sick at that time. Now I have started on the plan slowly getting the ingredients that I need. I want to get this plan down to see if it works for me. Oh I know it will work with losing weight. I’m hoping it will help me retain a remission. Not much is know about the disease so this could do it. It’s an experiment with the benefit of weight loss.

I started about a year before that, but then I got pregnant, and thought, “well, I am going to get fat anyway, might as well enjoy it” (VERY WRONG THINKING). Well, it turned out I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and needed to change what I was eating. I was very thankful for what I learned from the book, and started applying that for the last half of my pregnancy. Turns out, at the end of my pregnancy, I weighed what I did before starting this lifestyle. It’s now been a year since my son was born, and I’ve probably lost close to 50 lbs. I should really write a post on this topic. Two years later, weight lost, inches and getting my life back..it’s worth every single penny. I can’t encourage you more to buy it. It’s a health textbook..think of it that way. You can always check your local library as well. Ebook is even cheaper, but I love the paperback.

I borrowed the book from my library last summer and was able to read most of it before my two weeks ran out and someone else needed it. 🙂 I won’t flow a plan that my husband doesn’t, so I’m still in the waiting room for starting. I’ve been off and on THM for about a year and a half. Lost 25 lbs., got pregnant through IVF, went off plan due to morning sickness and never really got back on, just had on-plan meals occasionally. Love THM style of eating, had been on plan since mid Nov, 2013, almost 14 months. I lost about 10 lb. and would like to loose about 5 more but I’ve been stuck for more then 6 months. Still, I feel great, lots of energy and I also have hypothyroidism which made impossible for me to loose weight and maintain on any other diet, so I’m thrilled that I’m not gaining while eating all this tasty food.

Very happy, last year I did 17 Day Diet, then tried going Paleo, but they were restrictive and after a death in the family and some health issues of my own I stress ate my way back up 30 of the 45 pounds I had lost. Congrats on your 2 year anniversary! I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary! I love THM and feel it is an eating plan I can follow for life. The best part is that if you mess up, you can start over in 3 hours. I was a bit lax over the holidays, but have been back on plan this week.

I have been following THM about 50% since the end of November. In the first 3 weeks I lost 10lbs then came Xmas and everyone begging me to make my traditional Xmas cookies and then came the cookies magically falling into my mouth. I vowed that I would get back on plan the beginning of the year and that hasn’t happened yet because I have been sick with some mystery form of tonsillitis/cold! Can’t wait to feel better and start eating a little more on plan and then when my and my husband and daughter move we are going fully on plan when finances allow. Baby steps are better then nothing! 🙂

I started last January. It’s been a great year of success on THM. I haven’t lost like a lot of people because I’m not as disciplined as I should be. But doing this my way I have still lost 35 pounds. I’m up a little from that at the moment–the holidays were rough on me. But last year at this time I was afraid I would be in a wheel chair if I didn’t do something. I didn’t know if I could do this, but I was determined to try. For the first time in my life I am facing a new year knowing exactly what to do. Just keep on eating the THM way and the weight will eventually come off. It brings such peace.

I got the book in March 2014 then found out I was prego with #3 in April 2014 & loosely followed the principles when I could stomach it (my body/baby craved a lot of fruit and junk lol) until my little boy was born almost a month ago! And since we’ve been getting dinners provided every other day I try my best to stick with THM meals for every other meal, though it doesn’t always work out I do feel much better when I stick to the plan! Congrats on your trim-a-versary & thanks for doing this fun give away!!

I started THM 12/1/15 and than ‘fell off the wagon” when my 3 boys and I got sick. Just restarted 2 days ago.
I have read the book over the past year, while finishing cancer treatments. My husband is diabetic, and I have learned more about our physical health and helping him from THM than from any other source. It is my goal to get him off of meds.
Officially, we’re on day 2. I’m dying for sweets in the middle of the day–and I work, so this weekend, I’ll be baking everything I can manage for the following week!!!

I was on THM last year and lost 17lbs, but then my husband lost his job and because we had a significantly smaller food budget, I ended up going back to my old ways of eating because it is really cheap, homemade bread, pasta, potatoes,etc. Gained some back, but I started again on Monday and am determined to somehow make it work with what I have. I love your sweet, happy attitude. You always cheer me and encourage me. I started THM Sept ’13 and lost 70 lbs. I have a lot more to lose but am having trouble getting back on plan since allowing myself to be off since Thanksgiving ’14. I’m glad you are so consistent. I need to make myself get back on track. I’m just starting…I do a THM breakfast, but lunch and dinner are still hit or miss. My husband does all the cooking so most meals are not THM (except the meat).

My 1 year trimaversary was November 17, however I haven’t lost weight since July when I found out that I was pregnant with our 2nd son (the best NSV ever!!). I had lost 48 lbs and had gone down 2 pants sizes. But I am happy to know that I have a safe and healthy way to lose my baby weight after my little man is born.

I started may 2013, reached my goal in June 2014. Fell off the wagon and gain back 12 lbs. now I am recommitted and have lost 3 lbs.

I’ve been on THM since January 13, 2014. Almost at my one-year Trim-A-Versary! I would love to win the peanut flour. Looking forward to trying the rest of the new THM products! I ordered the THM WPP from Swansons today and I love the THM sweeteners.
I started THM summer 2013 and lost 15 pounds then got pregnant with #3. Stayed 60% on plan during pregnancy and kept weight gain to 20 pounds. Baby girl was born in July 2014 and I have lost the baby weight. Now I am ready to get serious about THM again so I can get rid of the stubborn 30-40 pounds I want to lose. I started June 1, 2013. have not changed much in shape, weight or size. realized before holidays that I have candida overgrowth. Started this week treating it and avoiding foods that feed candida. Loving all of the posts about THM on FB and Jennifer you are the bomb.

I am fairly new to THM. I started in October. I love how I never feel bloated or “icky” like I used to! I am happy to say I have lost a few pounds but I am not doing it for the weight loss as much as I am for the ‘feel good’ body! I have yet to try some of their awesome products. I started the plan almost 18 months ago, unfortunately, I can’t always stay on plan 100%, but I do the best I can and am down 60 lbs.

Just started a few days ago.
I’ve been doing THM since March 2014. At the moment, I am completely off-plan, as I am in the hospital, trying to not have a baby yet (only 33 weeks along)–and too hungry to leave food on my plate. LOL I do crave all the good THM foods right now, just have no way to get any! I love this plan, I love the freedom, and most of all, I love the health and benefits I have reaped from eating this way! Congratulations on your 2 year Trim-a-versary. I started THM in Sept 2014 but I went off the plan when I started Chemo for a blood disease. Just too tired and sick at that time. Now I have started on the plan slowly getting the ingredients that I need. I want to get this plan down to see if it works for me. Oh I know it will work with losing weight. I’m hoping it will help me retain a remission. Not much is know about the disease so this could do it. It’s an experiment with the benefit of weight loss.
I was on for around 6mo, then quit for over a year and gained back all the weight :(. So now I’m on day 3 without cheats!

I started about a year before that, but then I got pregnant, and thought, “well, I am going to get fat anyway, might as well enjoy it” (VERY WRONG THINKING). Well, it turned out I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and needed to change what I was eating. I was very thankful for what I learned from the book, and started applying that for the last half of my pregnancy. Turns out, at the end of my pregnancy, I weighed what I did before starting this lifestyle. It’s now been a year since my son was born, and I’ve probably lost close to 50 lbs. (I don’t have a scale:) ) Thank you so much for this chance to win!!!

I should really write a post on this topic. Two years later, weight lost, inches and getting my life back..it’s worth every single penny. I can’t encourage you more to buy it. It’s a health textbook..think of it that way. You can always check your local library as well. Ebook is even cheaper, but I love the paperback.

Congrats!!! You are an inspiration. I lost 59 lbs in a year. I am now 9 months pregnant and have gained ALL that back. But, I’m not discouraged. It has been a hard pregnancy and can’t wait to get back strictly to THM in the next few weeks after birth!

I borrowed the book from my library last summer and was able to read most of it before my two weeks ran out and someone else needed it. 🙂 I won’t flow a plan that my husband doesn’t, so I’m still in the waiting room for starting. But the prayers of a wife… Right? He lives peanut butter cookies and if I could make some he liked that were on-plan, he might get a little closer to convinced.

I have had the book for over a year, but I wasn’t able to stick to it because I got pregnant (I know you can do the plan while preggo but I didn’t have the will power to stick)and my husband had to work out of state for 6 months leaving me home with 4 kids and preggo so stress was too much! I have been loosly on it for the last few months and have lost 2 dress sizes and no weight 😀 LOL The scale doesn’t bother me as long as I an getting smaller! Congratulations on 2 years!!!
My husband and I have been on THM since Oct 21, 2014. We learned of this lifestyle from Amanda Coers and I’m so thankful for her and her sharing it with the world!! I’ve been off and on THM for about a year and a half. Lost 25 lbs., got pregnant through IVF, went off plan due to morning sickness and never really got back on, just had on-plan meals occasionally. Have tried to get back on several times since my daughter was born, but have had a hard time breaking the sugar addiction. Had a wake up call when I realized I’d put 10 lbs. on since July. Been 75% back on plan for the last week and a half and am down 2 lbs. 🙂
I started THM in November (2014) I truly think I can stick to this for life. I don’t feel deprived at all and my family all loves the food I’m fixing each day!

I have been doing the program half heartedly for almost a year. I’m truly ready to begin and follow through so that I have a THM testimony instead of lame excuses of how it would work if I was compliant. I had started telling people I was on the Half-@#$% Mama Plan because I only did the program half the time. Knowledge is great, but the power to put into practice what we know is effective and healthful is the crux of all change. Love THM style of eating, had been on plan since mid Nov, 2013, almost 14 months. I lost about 10 lb. and would like to loose about 5 more but I’ve been stuck for more then 6 months. Still, I feel great, lots of energy and I also have hypothyroidism which made impossible for me to loose weight and maintain on any other diet, so I’m thrilled that I’m not gaining while eating all this tasty food.

Don[t know the exact date in the spring of 2013. I was pregnant with baby #9. It was a great pregnancy and postpartum plus beyond.
My husband, adult daughter and I started THM on 4/19/14, the day before Easter. We have been together 40 years and have never been healthier…love it and reccomend it to everyone…my medically fragile daughter has been in the hospital a lot lately and have been able to share THM with a lot of people

I’m on day 3 of THM. Very happy, last year I did 17 Day Diet, then tried going Paleo, but they were restrictive and after a death in the family and some health issues of my own I stress ate my way back up 30 of the 45 pounds I had lost. I’m excited to be able to eat more variety. I’ve had the book for a month and I’ve been dabbling, Monday was the day I completely gave myself over. Looking forward to getting back into my size 20 jeans (and hopefully finally into the 18s donated from my fashion-forward sister!!!)

Sept of 13 through Nov 13 on plan. Dec 13 sort of on plan but no gain.
Then I got a new scale that weighed me 20 lbs heavier. I was crushed and ended up going off plan.
NOW—-
I’m on plan since 1/4/15. I’m staying on plan. I want to raise my children!
We’ve been doing THM for two years now! We got off track from mid-November through December 2014, but are back on track. 🙂

I started THM Nov 2013. However, I fell off plan. I’ve been back on & sugar free for 3 days now. It sure is harder this time, not sure why, but it seems to be harder.
I’ve been on the plan for a year and a half now and am loving it! I LOVE peanut flour but have never tried the THM peanut flour. Thanks for the chance to win!

I started just before my 40th birthday on May 10, 2014. I have lost 30 pounds and have 45 more to go.
I started THM in June. I’m doing pretty well, but lost it over the Holidays. Back on plan now! 🙂

I’ve been off (mostly!!!) and on for about 8 months. kicked it back in after the holidays!
I have been on THM since January 1st (and am part of the no cheats group!). I have not cheated once, am down 5.5 lbs and up in energy!! no more wanting to nap all day, I’m zipping around the house cleaning and cooking and taking care of my toddler. this is how i’ve always wanted to feel. thank you god, serene, pearl, and the whole THM community!

I started THM when I was pregnant loosely in Feb of last yr.

I started THM on October 1 by joining the Two Month No-Cheat Challenge! I made it those two months and am still going – no cheats along the way – even through the holidays! I love THM! I’ve lost weight and am now 8 weeks pregnant!
I’m on day 4 and loving it! I have about 100 lbs to lose, and am thrilled with the way I’m feeling, even though the scale has only budged 2.5 pounds (wouldn’t expect much more at this stage)! Would LOVE the peanut flour! 🙂

I have been on THM faithfully for about three weeks. I am not sure how much I have actually lost because for two weeks I have been on prednisone so I will wait until next week to weigh. I love the food and the freedom. I need to loose 40lbs so I am praying that I will stay committed. I do love how I feel physically since I have cut out the sugars and breads.
I am relatively new, just started over a week ago, but already feel more energized. I love this way of eating – it eliminates guilt from eating fat and desserts, and I feel so good about myself, because I care about my health without judging myself! I do not have a lot to loose, I am doing it just to be healthy.

I started THM in August of 2014, I’ve gone from a size 22/24 to size 18 (and sometimes 16) in pants size, and from a 2 or 3x shirt to an xl!

Congrats on your 2 year anniversary! I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary! I love THM and feel it is an eating plan I can follow for life. The best part is that if you mess up, you can start over in 3 hours. I was a bit lax over the holidays, but have been back on plan this week.

My husband and I have been on THM since late July. He has lost over 40 lbs and I’ve lost around 20 lbs, and lots of inches between the both of us! We will never NOT eat this way…I love it! We both feel so much better and neither of us are at goal but we WILL be!

I tried once in the fall and lost 20lbs, but fell off. I started Jan 1st again and am VERY excited and determined. Today was my one week weigh in and I was down 7.6lbs!!!

I have been following THM about 50% since the end of November. In the first 3 weeks I lost 10lbs then came Xmas and everyone begging me to make my traditional Xmas cookies and then came the cookies magically falling into my mouth. I vowed that I would get back on plan the beginning of the year and that hasn’t happened yet because I have been sick with some mystery form of tonsillitis/cold! Can’t wait to feel better and start eating a little more on plan and then when my and my husband and daughter move we are going fully on plan when finances allow. Baby steps are better then nothing! 🙂
I started THM on June 1,2014. Down 33 pounds and feeling great. This is the healthiest way to live and eat.
It will be a year in March doing THM… never going back!

I have been eating low glycemic for a couple of years. I finally got myself a book a couple of weeks ago and I am excited to get started with some new recipes.

i have been following the THM plan since June of last year. I have lost 30 lbs with about 10-15 to go to reach my goal. This has been the only plan that has ever given me any results at all. Praying this will be my way of eating from now on and that I can continue to encourage others to try it for themselves:)

I started last January. It’s been a great year of success on THM. I haven’t lost like a lot of people because I’m not as disciplined as I should be. But doing this my way I have still lost 35 pounds. I’m up a little from that at the moment–the holidays were rough on me. But last year at this time I was afraid I would be in a wheel chair if I didn’t do something. I didn’t know if I could do this, but I was determined to try. For the first time in my life I am facing a new year knowing exactly what to do. Just keep on eating the THM way and the weight will eventually come off. It brings such peace.
I’m just starting out…it’s a slow process but so far I’m loving it!
I started THM on September 1, 2014 and reached my goal (25 lbs) on November 27, 2014 and have maintained that weight with ease since that time. I love this program! I work for a physician and the patients are so excited when they see what it has done for me. We now have over 20 patients starting their own THM journey.
